The Constitution of Artisans Northwest

Please follow our application procedure correctly to become an Artisan member.

The Jury Application Form (1.) must be filled out and delivered or mailed along with the Membership Application Form (2.), 
to the address indicated on the Jury Application Form, on pages 1 and 5. 

Once you have completed the jury process (the complete procedure is explained in the Jury Application Form) 
and have been accepted into Artisans, then the Christmas Show Form (3.) must filled out and handed to the Selection Committee Chairperson, 
before the end of the next regular meeting.

Deadline dates on the show form do not apply to newly juried members.
